appropriate file below, you may either fill the registration forms out
on your computer screen and then print them out |

the registration forms and fill them out with pen and pencil. |

4. Select an
appropriate download shown below. When the download box comes up, click on
the "Open" button. In the final box, click on the "Finish" button. |
