Skin Cancer

Surgical Excision.  If a cancerous or precancerous growth is detected on the head or neck, Dr. Novotny will recommend it be removed completely.  A pathologist will diagnose the lesion to trace the cancer microscopically for complete removal.  Dr. Novotny has specialized training and experience in the treatment of skin cancer and facial plastic surgery for the best possible final results.

Cryosurgery.  For precancers and less agressive skin lesions, liquid nitrogen can be used to freeze and remove them.  Other treatments are available as well.
