Dr. Granger joined Columbus Otolaryngology Clinic in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience as an otolaryngologist and a passion for serving the community. Dr. Granger was drawn to the clinic after completing an otolaryngology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha. He has since worked at several hospitals, including Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Hospital in Alaska, as well as other locations across the U.S., providing high-quality care in a variety of settings.

Dr. Granger earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where he graduated Cum Laude and also served as the Student Body President. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina Honors College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Marine Science and Art History.

Dr. Granger is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and holds medical licenses in Nebraska, Alaska, and Missouri. He is also certified in advanced life support courses, including ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Medical Association, among others.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Granger has contributed to research and publications in the field, including studies on cerebrospinal fluid leaks and otolaryngology practices in academic settings. He is dedicated to continuing his professional development and delivering compassionate care to his patients.

Dr. Granger enjoys spending time with his family, and his love for outdoor activities and aviation keeps him engaged in the community. He is excited to be part of Columbus Community Hospital and looks forward to contributing to the health and well-being of his patients.
