Dr. Granger joined Columbus Otolaryngology Clinic in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience as an otolaryngologist and a passion for serving the community. He was drawn to the clinic after completing an otolaryngology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha. He has since worked at several hospitals, including Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Hospital in Alaska, providing high-quality care in a variety of settings.
Dr. Granger earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where he graduated cum laude and served as the student body president. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina Honors College, where he graduated summa cum laude with a double major in marine science and art history.
He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and holds medical licenses in Nebraska, Alaska, and Missouri. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Medical Association, among others.
In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Granger has contributed to research and publications in the field, including studies on cerebrospinal fluid leaks and otolaryngology practices in academic settings. He is dedicated to continuing his professional development and delivering compassionate care to his patients.
